Mr. David Weislogel
Mr. WeislogelMr. David Weislogel is currently a 5th Degree Black Belt. He began studying taekwondo in the early Spring of 2001 under Mr. David Perdue at Perdue's Westerville Taekwondo after his oldest son had been involved in the program for a few months. Mr. Weislogel became a Certified Instructor in Taekwondo America in February of 2003 and earned his National Instructor Certification in February of 2005.

He was a volunteer instructor at the Westerville school for over 3 years teaching in children and adult classes before opening Hilliard Taekwondo with Ms. Thompson.
 
In addition to teaching, Mr. Weislogel continues to compete and place in national and regional tournaments and trains regularly to test for new rank.  Mr. Weislogel is frequently invited to area schools to do martial arts demonstrations and talk about ways to deal with bullies.

Ms. Jessica Weislogel
Ms. WeislogelMs. Jessica Weislogel is currently a 3rd Degree Decided Black Belt. She began studying taekwondo in the Spring of 2005 under Mr. David Weislogel and Ms. Mel Thompson at Hilliard Taekwondo.

Ms. Weislogel has been a helper in the leadership program at both Hilliard Taekwondo and Village Taekwondo since 2008 and became a Level 3 Instructor in Taekwondo America in October of 2013.  She assists in teaching classes 2-3 days a week at Village Taekwondo.

Mr. Sammy Lahiri
Mr. LahiriMr. Sammy Lahiri is currently a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Having previously earned his black belt at another school, he began studying taekwondo with Mr. Weislogel as a 1st Degree Black Belt in the Fall of 2011.

Mr. Lahiri has been a helper in classes since he started at Village Taekwondo and became a Level 3 Instructor in Taekwondo America in October of 2014.  He assists in teaching classes 2-3 days a week at Village Taekwondo.

Mr. Brenden Carpenter
Mr. CarpenterMr. Brenden Carpenter is currently a 2nd Degree Senior Black Belt. He began studying taekwondo with Mr. Weislogel in May of 2011. Mr. Carpenter has been helping in class since he was a color belt and became a Level 1 Instructor in Taekwondo America in October of 2011.  He assists in teaching classes 2-3 days a week at Village Taekwondo.

In addition to Taekwondo, Mr. Carpenter plays little league baseball, basket ball and swims.

Mr. Brad Bower
Mr. BowerMr. Brad Bower is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt. He began studying taekwondo with Mr. Weislogel 2013. Mr. Bower has been helping in class since he was a color belt and became a Level 1 Instructor in Taekwondo America in February of 2015.  He assists in teaching classes 2 days a week at Village Taekwondo. 

In addition to Taekwondo, Mr. Bower plays ice hockey and street hockey.  Mr. Bower also has a daughter that is a black belt and is a helper in classes.

Ms. Alex Tiller

Ms. Alex Tiller is currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt. She began studying taekwondo with Mr. Weislogel 2012. Ms. Tiller has been helping in class since she was a color belt and became a Level 1 Instructor in Taekwondo America in February of 2015.  She assists in teaching classes 2 days a week at Village Taekwondo. 

In addition to Taekwondo, Ms. Tiller plays softball.
